Privacy Policy

The short version
We collect the details you type into the demo form, and nothing else. We don't run analytics, we don't set cookies, we don't run ad trackers, and we never sell your information. If you want your details deleted, email us and we'll do it.
What we collect
When you submit the demo form, you give us:
- Your name
- Your mobile phone number
- Your business name and trade
- Your email address, if you give it
- Roughly how many calls you miss a week, if you give it
- Whether you asked for the SMS demo
That's the only information you actively give us. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
What gets collected automatically
Like almost any website, some technical information is recorded simply because the page has to be delivered to your browser:

We don't control what those companies do with that information — each operates under its own privacy policy.
Who we share it with
Demo form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, a form-handling service. Your submission passes through their systems on the way to our inbox, under their privacy policy.
If you ask for the SMS demo, your phone number and the messages we exchange pass through Twilio, our text-messaging provider, under their privacy policy.
Beyond that, we don't share, rent, or sell your information to anyone. We don't share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
What we use it for
Only to reply to you about your enquiry and to talk to you about whether Lathry is a fit for your business. We don't add you to a marketing list without asking, and we don't send automated drip sequences.
How long we keep it
We keep demo enquiries for as long as we're in contact with you about them, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you ask us to delete your details, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@lathry.com and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send us sensitive information — payment details, ID numbers, health information — through this form.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn't intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States.
